Information about the NUVAXOVIDTM XBB.1.5 COVID-19 Vaccine (Recombinant protein, Adjuvanted)
NUVAXOVID™ XBB.1.5 COVID-19 (Recombinant protein, Adjuvanted) is indicated for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 12 years of age and older.
NUVAXOVID™ XBB.1.5 COVID-19 Vaccine (Recombinant protein, Adjuvanted) vaccine has been issued marketing authorization in Canada with Terms and Conditions that need to be met by the Market Authorization Holder to ascertain the continued quality, safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. Initial supplies to Canada have been packaged as Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine, Adjuvanted (2023-2024 Formula).
